A new Southern California teen died Wednesday evening, four days following suffering a brain aneurysm during a softball game.
Dana Housley, 15, was a freshman at Etiwanda (Calif.) High school graduation. She was playing inside a club tournament video game on Saturday, batting in the final inning, when she suddenly begun to feel dizzy and also collapsed.
Rushed to the hospital, she remained on life support while doctors and family hoped for signs of improvement. Friends started any GoFundMe page to aid cover the expenses of her treatment, raising more as compared to $61, 000, and also a social media campaign with the hashtag "PrayForDana".
Saturday, her moms and dads posted a new statement with Facebook as well as the GoFundMe page.

Housley is the second teen to suffer a tragic brain aneurysm on the field this week. On Sunday, an Iowa teen collapsed on the pitcher's mound during a pick-up game in Minnesota. The Minnesota Twins honored the 15-year-old boy, Zacharie Schaubhut, with a moment of silence before playing the Boston Red Sox on Tuesday night."
